Arguably PWSWF's most enigmatic superstar, Billy C has been with the PWSWF since it's very first show. Against his will,
he was forced to join RCW, but went on to win it's World title, only to lose it to Hawk in a title unification match at the
final show of Season 7. In Season 8, his long standing professional rivalry with Kurt Kaoss came to a head as the 2 faced
off in a series of 3 Grueling Matches. Billy would take the first, Kurt the second and Billy would close out the series by
defeating Kurt in a Hell In A Cell match. His future is uncertain at this point. Prior to Season 9, Billy was be inducted
into the PWSWF Hall Of Fame. He is now a 4 time PWSWF World Heavyweight Champion and has held the title longer than anyone
else in History. He also has fought more Singles and Tag Team Matches than anyone else as well as won more Singles and overall
matches than any other PWSWF Star in history. He is also the only star to have NEVER missed 1 Season since the federations
inception back in 2005. He was formerly a member of The Unholy Alliance with Kurt Kaoss, Shane Fuller, Frankie Fontana & Jeremy
Lightning being the group announced that it was disbanding in Season 14.
